Description
The subject matter of the contract is successive deliveries of liquid fuel (diesel oil) in the amount of 700 m3 delivered according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party in one-off successive deliveries of at least 3000 dm3.2. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR and in the model contract - Appendix No. 7 to the ToR, constituting an integral part thereof.
