Description

1 The subject of the order is successive supply of liquid fuels to cars and equipment used by ŚZDW and field units, carried out in the form of non-cash refueling at the Contractor's fuel stations in the territory of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, with the possibility of collecting fuel at other Contractor's stations throughout the country.Estimated quantity: - unleaded gasoline Pb 95 - in an estimated quantity of 45 000 liters,- diesel fuel - in an estimated quantity of 130 200 liters,- LPG - in an estimated quantity of 12 000 liters.2.The detailed scope of the order and the manner of its execution and payment is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, and the model agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
(1) The subject of the order is the successive supply of liquid fuels to cars and equipment in use by ŚZDW and field units, carried out in the form of non-cash refueling at the Contractor's fuel stations in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, with the possibility of collecting fuel at other Contractor's stations throughout the country.Estimated quantity:- unleaded gasoline Pb 95 - in an estimated amount of 45 000 liters,- diesel fuel - in an estimated amount of 130 200 liters,- LPG - in an estimated amount of 12 000 liters.2.. supplied liquid fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, the Ordinance of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 28, 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied petroleum gas. The Contractor shall present fuel quality documents and certificates at the fuel station at any request of the Ordering Party.3. Refueling will be carried out successively depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party to the tanks of vehicles and to the canisters for equipment.4. The Contractor has a network of fuel stations located in the Świętokrzyskie province and the possibility of refueling vehicles at stations throughout the country. The Contractor shall provide the possibility of refueling vehicles by the Employer's drivers on weekdays / Monday to Saturday/ and on holidays / Sunday and holidays/. The Employer requires at least two fuel stations within the city of Kielce, including at least one open 24 hours a day. With regard to the headquarters of Regional Roads and Road Circuits, the distance from the nearest fuel dispenser may not exceed 25 km.5. The Contractor has a system of non-cash purchase of fuel with fuel cards introduced and operating. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with fuel cards for cashless fuel purchase within 10 working days from the signing of the contract. The number of fuel cards will be determined by the Ordering Party at the signing of the contract. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with a list of cars and equipment owned by the Ordering Party immediately after the conclusion of the contract.6. The detailed scope of the contract and the manner of its execution and payment is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, and the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
