Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.
The solicitation number is 30484PR240000008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2023-05 Effective Date 08/08/2023, HSAR 5/2/2021, HSAM 07/25/2023, CGAP Change Notice 2023-05.

This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

The Coast Guard Station Neah Bay is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, insurance and other items and services necessary to safely conduct inspections and tests necessary to complete a full inspection of shore, marine and aviation fuel delivery systems.

Inspect existing fuel tanks, piping, dispensers, secondary containment, and monitoring systems as detailed below (Tank size).

Diesel Marine Fuel System and Housing Emergency Generator Fuel System (5,000 – Gallon tank).
Station Main building Diesel Heating and Emergency Generator Fuel System (3,000 – Gallon tank).
Gasoline Marine Fuel System (1,500 – Gallon Tank).
Jet -A Aviation Fuel System (2,000 – Gallon Tank).
VEEDER-ROOT TLS-350 Leak detection system.

Contractor shall provide a detailed photo-documented, report outlining findings and recommendations for upgrades and repairs and provide copies to Coast Guard Station Neah Bay.
