Description

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of light heating oil meeting the requirements of PN C-96024:2011 standard in accordance with current needs for the Regional Police Headquarters in Łódź and its subsidiaries, according to the quantities indicated in the List of boiler plants and demand - Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. Total quantity of the ordered heating oil in litres within 36 months - 415 500.2. The density at 15oC max 860 kg/m3,- Kinematic viscosity at 20oC max 6,00 mm2/s,- Sulphur content max 0,10 % (m/m),- Burnt residue max 0,01 % (m/m),- Water content max 200 mg/kg,- Total content of solid impurities not greater than 24 mg/kg,- Flow temperature max - 20oC,- Flash point min 56oC,3. A detailed list of delivery locations and quantities of heating oil for individual facilities is specified in Appendix 2 to the ToR - Boiler Plant and Demand List.4The quantities of the ordered assortment presented in the individual items of Attachment No. 2 to the ToR are estimated quantities used to calculate the offer price, which may change during the execution of the order, but the total value of the deliveries made shall not exceed the amount specified in the contract. The final quantity of individual supplies of heating oil shall result from the actual needs of the Purchaser and the budget resources available to him, and in case of smaller needs, they shall not constitute grounds for claims on the part of the Contractor.5 The Contractor shall attach to each supply of heating oil a valid fuel quality certificate, certified by the fuel manufacturer or a certificate of an accredited laboratory. A certificate with the number and date of delivery or issue placed on it should be attached to a VAT invoice.6. Fuel oil deliveries will be made within a maximum of 4 working days, based on orders placed by phone or e-mail by the Ordering Party with the Contractor on working days (working days mean weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. excluding public holidays) after prior notification to the Ordering Party by the Contractor of the delivery date, at least one day in advance.7The Contractor is obliged to ensure transport along with unloading of the heating oil by means adapted for this purpose, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The above means of transport should be equipped with legalised flow meters indicating the amount of fuel delivered.8 The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of fuel oil deliveries to other facilities (not listed in Appendix 2 to the ToR - List of Boiler Plants and Demand) in the event that such facilities are put into operation during the term of the agreement or the boiler room is replaced with oil during the term of the agreement.9 In this case, the value of the agreement will not change.9 The settlement of each refuelling will be based on the amount of fueled oil (as indicated by the flow meter). The order shall be deemed completed when the oil is pumped to the Customer's tank and the Customer confirms the quantity and type of order.10 Detailed description and conditions of order execution are specified in the model contract attached as Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.11. The Contractor will perform the order at unit prices included in the offer.13 The criteria for evaluating the offers:- price - 60 %, - delivery date - - delivery date - price - 60 %.
