Description
You should be able to supply halal:
- whole and cuts of beef
- whole and cuts of lamb
- whole and cuts of chicken and turkey
- complementary cold meat products, such as beef and poultry
- merguez sausages that are sliced and frozen and in 2kg bags
The association:
- is an import and halal certification organisation
- sources products for their network of wholesalers, distributors, butcheries, retailers and restaurants
They would like to hear from:
- halal slaughterhouses and similar companies open to receive the French certification
- non-halal companies willing to adapt their process and receive the French halal certification.
If the association is interested in your products the next steps will include confirmation that you can provide halal products and a possible visit of your facilities.
Submit your proposal to the Department for International Trade team in France.
All submissions will be reviewed and you will be notified of any potential next steps. You can only submit a proposal if you are a UK registered company.
