Description

The purpose of establishing the framework agreements is to ensure that Norad has easily-available access to consultancy services whereby the Supplier will perform organisational assessments and integrity due diligences of Norad’s grant recipients/applicants.

Norad has a need to carry out assessments of its grant recipients, including potential grant recipients, on a regular basis. The main objectives are to assess added value, cost effectiveness and financial management, and their achievement of results. While most of the organisational assessments and integrity due diligence will focus on one grant recipient/applicant only, others will be performed as comparative assessments with more than one grant recipient/applicant as the subject. Most call-offs will be either integrity due diligence or organisational assessments focusing on a limited set of organisational aspects. When required, Norad may also request more comprehensive organisational assessments covering a broader spectrum of aspects.
