The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) is proceeding with online invitation for bid from potential contractors of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius opened to local and international contractors to submit their bids through the Government eProcurement System for the Framework Agreement for Construction of Amenities Projects and Associated Works for a Period of Three years. 2. The Bidding Document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: ENVIRONMENT/IFB/2022/581 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 17 October 2023 upto 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 17October 2023 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 19 October 2023 at 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 5. Bids received will be opened onlineon the e-Procurement System on Thursday 19 October 2023 as from14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours in the Conference Room of the Central Procurement Board. 6. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder. 15 September 2023 Mauritius
