Description
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide forestry services.
The purpose is to provide mechanized forestry services for the 2 Franche-Comté Nord and Franche-Comté Sud Production Units covering the 4 Franche-Comté départements (Doubs, Haute-Saône, Jura and Territoire de Belfort) and for the Bourgogne Ouest Production Unit for the southern Nièvre sector of the Agence Etude et Travaux de Bourgogne-Franche-Comte.
The execution of this contract is governed by the Clauses Générales d'Achats des prestations de services forestiers in its version 9200-17-DCC-SAM-001- version F - May 2022. - Document attached to the consultation file. By extension, these same clauses also apply to services provided in communal forests.
Services provided under this contract must comply with the provisions of the Cahier National des Prescriptions des Travaux et Services Forestiers (CNPTSF). This reference document brings together all the requirements applicable to forestry work and services (excluding timber harvesting). - Document attached to the consultation file.
