Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 sec. 1 item. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, The estimated contract value given below does not include the value of contracts referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 ) of the Public Procurement Law and of options.
The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 sec. 1 item. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, The contract covers breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery, seeding, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other forest management works to be performed in the Sobibór Forest District in the year 2022. The subject matter of the order covers total quantities of works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, nursery, seed planting, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management, resulting from appendix no 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: appendix no 3.1.Annex 3.2 - sorting arrangement for timber harvesting;Annex 3.3 - specification of distances and conditions for timber skidding;Annex 3.4 - specification of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex 3.5 - information on application of possible harvesting technologies;The material scope presented in the Annexes no 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 are estimates.During the execution of the subject matter of the contract, in addition to legal regulations valid in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor shall apply and respect obligations and principles resulting from the following documents: - "Principles of silviculture" - introduced by Order No. 53 of the General Director of State Forest of 21 November 2011 "Instruction on Forest Protection" - introduced by Order No. 57 of the General Director of State Forests of 22 November 2011,- "Instruction on Occupational Safety and Health in Basic Forest Management Work" - introduced by Order No. 36 of the General Director of State Forests of 20 April 2012,- "Instruction on Forest Fire Protection". - introduced by Order No. 54 of the Director General of the State Forests of 21 November 2011,- Order No. 40 of the Director General of the State Forests of 6 October 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works performed by at least two persons (ref. GB-021-2/2011),- Order No. 66 of the Director General of the State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines called "Principles of Forest Use" in organizational units of the State Forests (ref. ZM.7603.13.2019),- Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management of the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes).The Contractor shall be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for timber raw material in accordance with the Order of the Director General of the State Forests No. 51 dated 30 September 2019 when implementing the subject of the contract. on the introduction of technical conditions applicable to trade in wood raw material in the State Forests National Forest Holding.The estimated contract value given below does not include the value of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL and Options.
