Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery, seeding, hunting, meadow and agricultural management, to be performed on the territory of the Łomża Forest District in 2024.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1356 - "Forest Law") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery, seeding, hunting, meadow and agricultural management, to be carried out in the area of the Lomza Forest District in the year 2024The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery, seed production, hunting, meadow and agricultural management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work;Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, operations and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of distances and conditions for timber skidding;Annex No. 2.3.4. - summary of items with additional obstacles to harvesting and skidding;Annex No. 2.3.5. - summary of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.6. - information on optimal harvesting technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - Information on the nature of silviculture (zones for weed mowing);Exhibit No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for restoration performed with a planter; The material ranges compiled in the annexes included in Exhibit 2 are estimates.Quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ: "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry work"; The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry work (activities) specified in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject matter of the contract (Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), the provisions of Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ shall not apply in this regard. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.Description of the rules of procedure for the acceptance of forestry works is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
