- Forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Law of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1356 - "Forest Law") covering work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery, seed and selection, tourist management, incidental forest use, to be performed on the territory of the Solec Kujawski Forest District in 2024,- forest management services covering work in the field of timber harvesting and skidding, as well as clearing the area of timber residues on the basis of the Law of April 10, 2003. on special principles of preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (i.e. Dz. U. of 2023, item 162, hereinafter referred to as "ZRID" - applies to packages P08, P09 and P10.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, seeding and selection, tourism management, incidental forest use and other forest management work, to be performed in the Solec Kujawski Forest District in 2024.Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: from 02.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract. U. of 2023, item 162, hereinafter referred to as "ZRID".The Contracting Authority notes that the work on land designated for exclusion from the management of the State Treasury - for the construction of road S-10 (concerns packages P08, P09, P10), related to:- harvesting and skidding of timber - will be completed by 31.03.2024.- cleaning the area from woody debris - will be completed by 30.04.2024.3The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this base contract. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Polish Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
