Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as forest education and tourism, to be performed on the territory of the Zawadzkie Forest District in the year 2024.The material scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding, as well as forest education and tourism, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.The place of execution of the subject matter of the order will be the administrative area of the Zawadzkie Forest District. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package"). 3.7 The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts, referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 item 7) of the PPL, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.
