Description

The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 paragraph 1 point. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be performed on the territory of the Forest District of Barlinek in the year 2022The procedure is conducted as an open tender on the basis of art. 129 para. 1 item 1) in connection with art. 129 para. 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - "PZP") and secondary legislation to PZPThe procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 paragraph 1, 3 - 4 of PZP
The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be performed on the territory of Barlinek Forest District in forest districts Barlinek, Moczkowo3.5. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities in the scope of the contract which consist in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as defined in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (uniform text: Dz. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be executed on the grounds of the Forestry Commission of Barlinek in forest districts of Krzynka, Niesporowice. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities in the scope of the contract which consist in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be executed on the territory of the Forestry Commission of Barlinek in forest districts Śródborów, Kinice. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires employment by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract which consist in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be executed in the territory of the Forestry Commission of Barlinek in forest districts Okno, Moczydło, area of OHZZ. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities in the scope of the contract which involve harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be executed in the Forest District Barlinek in Czarnolas, Łubianka forest districts. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities in the scope of the contract which consist in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 pt. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be executed in the Forest District Barlinek in forest districts Polana, Karsko, Szable. 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities in the scope of the contract which consist in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The contract shall be performed by persons employed to perform contract performance activities consisting in harvesting and skidding of wood if such activities involve performance of work as specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended).
