Description

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, as specified in Art. 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (unified text: Dz.U. of 2018), item 2129 as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as other works related to forest management, whose performance in the form of services is necessary for the implementation of economic tasks and proper functioning of forest management in the Krościenko Forest District in 2020.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract covers the total amount of worksZ of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and other works related to forest management resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of:- Annex No. 3.1. - size of works according to the activities, - Annex no. 3.2. - difficulty zones and skidding distances, - Annex no. 3.3. - logging sorting system. The material scope of the works listed in Annexes no. 3.1. - 3.3. is estimated. The works included in the subject matter of the contract for particular Packages will be carried out in the area of forests - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works within the scope of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of particular works included in the subject matter of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3.1), with the reservation that it will always be the Package Execution Area. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject matter of the Order, as well as the currently unforeseen economic situation, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reducing adjustments, increasing adjustments, determining new locations, as well as withhold the activities indicated in particular rows of tables describing the subject matter of the Order. Incremental adjustments shall not mean the introduction of new work not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreasing adjustments shall not mean the total abandonment of part of the work. It should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including also the locations in the Package Execution Area not initially indicated in the ToR), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area, as part of the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the subject matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be performed in the entire Package Execution Area. It may also be necessary to increase the size of some elements of the contract in the course of execution of the subject matter of the contract in order to execute the full scope of works described in the subject matter of the contract. The new location is determined within the subject of the order, always exclusively in the Package Execution Area.
