Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "The Act on Forests") covering work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as ongoing maintenance of forest roads and water equipment, to be carried out in the Zawadzkie Forest Inspectorate in 2020.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as ongoing maintenance of forest roads and water equipment resulting from Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of Appendix No. 3.1.I - size of work according to the activity, Appendix No. 3.A detailed description of the technology of performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of the activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of the principles of the procedure for acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. The subject matter of the contract is divided into parts (hereinafter referred to as "Package"): Krupski Młyn, Zarzecze, Mosty, Łaziska, Kielcza, Gospodarstwo Szkółkarskie and fire protection works.
