Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6.1.1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests to be performed on the territory of the Gryfino Forest District in the year 2022. (2) Procedure mode: open tender under the basis of Article 129 (1) (1) in connection with Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law and implementing acts (classic procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds). (3) The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) - (4) of the PPL. (4) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 7 parts (Packages). (5) The place of performance of the subject matter of the contract shall be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest Inspectorate. (6) The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214.1 of the PPL for each part (Package).
(1) The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 para. 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on the Forestry Law in Poland. (1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding and transport of materials in the field of forest management, fencing the crops, removal of rubbish to the landfill from cleaning the forest, land improvement, chemical spraying, collection of seeds - to be completed in the forests of Wełtyń and Pniewo in the year 2022. (2) The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of works resulting from Annex no. 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annexes no. 3.1 to 3.9. (3) The material ranges shown in Annexes no. 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 - 3.9 are estimates.(4) The descriptions of activity codes describing particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract have been described in Annex no. 4 to SWZ. (5) Description of the rules of procedure for acceptance of forestry work is included in Appendix 4 of the STS. (6) The Awarding Entity does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks of the subject matter of the contract. (4) The Economic Operator may entrust elements (parts) of the subject matter of the contract to subcontractors. (5) Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that the Economic Operator or subcontractor employs, on the basis of an employment relationship, people performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in harvesting and skidding of raw timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code Act. Detailed information about the Option is included in item II.2.11) of this notice.(7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility to award contracts referred to in art. 214 item 1 point 7) of the PPL within 3 years from the award of the base contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services which are consistent with the services constituting the subject matter of this contract, as well as services similar to them in terms of technology of their performance. The material scope of the services subject to these contracts shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. These contracts will be awarded after a separate direct agreement procedure. The place of performance of the contracts shall be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest Inspectorate. (3) The material ranges presented in Annexes no. 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 - 3.9 are estimates.(4) Descriptions of the codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract have been described in Annex no. 4 to SWZ. (5) Description of the rules of procedure for acceptance of forestry work is included in Appendix 4 of the ToR. (6) The Awarding Entity does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks of the subject matter of the contract. (4) Descriptions of activity codes describing particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract have been described in appendix 4 to the SWZ. (5) Description of the rules of procedure for acceptance of forestry work is included in Appendix 4 of the STS. (6) The Awarding Entity does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks of the subject matter of the contract. (4) The Economic Operator may entrust elements (parts) of the subject matter of the contract to subcontractors. (5) Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority does not require the employment by the Economic Operator or subcontractor based on an employment relationship of persons who will carry out the service of shredding of post-felling residues. (6) The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to order the Contractor to perform additional activities in relation to the total amount of all activities priced in each item of the offer cost estimate constituting part of the Tender ("Option"). Detailed information about the Option is included in item II.2.11) of this notice.(7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility to award contracts referred to in art. 214 item 1 point 7) of the PPL within 3 years from the award of the base contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services which are consistent with the services constituting the subject matter of this contract, as well as services similar to them in terms of technology of their performance.
