The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law Act. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Forest Act") covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, seeding and selection, tourist forest management, secondary use, possession and education, to be carried out in the Suchedniów Forest Inspectorate in 2020.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the scope of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, seeds and selection, tourist forest management, side use, possession and education resulting from Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of: - Appendix No. 3.1. - size of works according to the activity,- annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and skidding distances - annex 3.3. - logging sorting system.The material ranges listed in annexes 3.1.-3.3. are approximate. A detailed description of the technology of performing particular forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. A detailed description of the technology of performing particular forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of soil preparation and anticipating soil preparation resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex No. 3.1 - size of works according to the activity.The material scope presented in Annexes No. 3.1. is estimated. A detailed description of the technology of performing particular forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR.
