Description

The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the act of 28th September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, logging and skidding, fire protection, seed and selection as well as road and water melioration equipment maintenance works to be performed in the Kaczory Forest Division - Liszkowo Forest District in the year 2021.
1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the act of 28th September 1991 on forests (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, The forestry activities in the area of forest management as defined in Article 6.1.1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as amended. - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, seeding and selection as well as maintenance of roads and water melioration facilities to be performed in the Kaczory Forest District - Liszkowo Forestry in year 2021;2) The subject matter of the contract includes total amount of works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding, seed collection and selection as well as maintenance of roads and water melioration devices resulting from annex no. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:- appendix no. 3.1 - Description of the subject matter of the contract - size of works in activities,- appendix no. 3.2 - Description of the subject matter of the contract - timber harvesting,- appendix no. 3.3 - Description of the subject matter of the contract - timber harvesting, - appendix no. 3.4 - timber skidding - view map of target sites for timber skidding with a list;3) the material scopes presented in appendixes no 3.1-3.3 and 3.5 are estimates;4) quality standards relating to all material features of the subject matter of the contract are defined in the decision no. 2 of the Director General of State Forests of 11 January 2021 In the decision of the General Director of State Forests of 11 January 2021 on providing uniform models of documents and application of quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject matter of the contract for the procurement of forest management services in organizational units of State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for carrying out individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract has been adapted to the local conditions of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Piła, included in the appendix 4 to the SWZ. 5) activity codes describing particular forest works (activities) included in the contract have been described in appendix 4 to the SWZ; 6) description of forest works acceptance procedure has been included in appendix 4 to the SWZ; 7) the contract is not divided into parts.The tender submitted by the contractor must include the whole scope of works specified in the Terms of Reference;8) The place of delivery of the contract is the administrative area of the Kaczory Forest District, Liszkowo Forestry.9) the execution of works included in the contract subject will take place in the area of Liszkowo Forestry - ("package execution area"). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the scope of the contract indicated in appendices 3.1-3.3 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works under the agreement shall be specified in the order referred to in 3.3.1, with the proviso that it will always be the area of the package implementation.
