Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Forest Act") covering work in the field of hunting management, meadow-agriculture management and seed and selection to be performed on the territory of the Głusko Forest District in the year 2023. The proceeding is conducted as an open tender on the basis of Article 129 paragraph 1 point 1) in connection with Article 129 paragraph 2 and Articles 132-139 of the Act of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended - "PPL") and implementing acts to the PPL. The proceeding is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 paragraphs 1, 3 - 4 of the PPL.
