Description

Material scope of the subject matter of the contract1) The subject matter of the contract are services within the scope of forest management, as defined in Art. 6 par. 1 item 1. 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463, as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of meadow and agricultural management, nursery management, hunting management, seeding and selection to be performed in the area of the Zloty Forest Inspectorate in 2021.2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total amount of works in the field of meadow-agriculture, nursery farming, hunting, seed and selection resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of: - Annex No. 3.1. - Description of the subject of the contract - Size of works according to activities.3) The material scope of the contract, listed in Annex No. 3.1. is estimated.
Material scope of the subject of the contract1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the ToR. 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463, as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of meadow and agricultural management, nursery management, hunting management, seeding and selection to be performed in the area of the Zloty Forest District in 2021.2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total amount of works in the field of meadow-agriculture, nursery farming, hunting, seed and selection resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of: - Annex No. 3.1. - Description of the subject of the contract - Size of works according to the activities.3) The material scope of the contract, listed in Annex No. 3.1. is of estimated nature.4) The quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Decision No. 67 of the Director General of the State Forests of 6 August 2020 on making available uniform templates of documents and applying quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject matter of the contract relating to ordering forest management services in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for the performance of individual forest works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract, specified in this decision, has been adjusted to local conditions of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Piła, included in Annex No. 4 to the ToR. The execution of the subject matter of the contract must comply with the standard specified in the above mentioned annex only within the scope of activities covered by the subject matter of the contract.5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract are described in Annex No. 4 to the ToR.6) Description of the principles of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex No. 4 to the ToR.7) The execution of works included in the subject matter of the contract will take place in the area of the Golden Forest Inspectorate mainly OHZ of the Golden Forest Inspectorate and in the area of the Mały Borek forest nursery ("Package Execution Area"). The location (forest address) of particular forest works included in the subject of the Agreement is preliminary in nature. The location (forest address) of particular works included in the subject matter of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3.1), with the reservation that it will always be the Package Execution Area.8) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject matter of the Order, as well as the currently unforeseen economic situation, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reducing adjustments, increasing adjustments, determining new locations, as well as withholding the activities indicated in particular rows of tables describing the subject matter of the Order. Increasing adjustments do not mean the introduction of new work not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreasing adjustments do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including the locations in the Package Execution Area not initially indicated in the ToR), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area, as part of the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the subject matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be performed in the entire Package Execution Area. It may also be necessary to increase the size of some of the elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject matter of the contract in order to perform the full scope of works described in the subject matter of the contract. The new location shall be determined within the subject matter of the contract.
