The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law Act. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging. The total amount of rh+h= 89121 The Contracting Authority shall require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject matter of the contract consisting in the harvesting and snatching of wood, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended).
