Description
The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction de la gestion des forêts Mauricie-Centre-du-Québec (DGFo), within the Direction générale du secteur central (DGSC) , requires the professional services of a service provider to carry out a forest inventory by field sampling.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a service contract to carry out a forest inventory of the targeted sectors of forest management unit (FMU) 04251 of the Mauricie - Centre-du-Québec administrative region, based on a sampling plan. The data collected will be used to carry out the diagnosis and silvicultural prescription, and to identify elements of stand structure and composition that may be important in issues related to biodiversity and ecosystem management.
The work must start as soon as the contract is signed and be completed by August 9, 2024 at the latest.
The bid must be submitted by a service provider with a permanent establishment in Quebec, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours.
The Minister wishes to draw your attention to sections 3.11 AND 3.12 of the call for tenders document, which set out the conditions for service provider eligibility and bid compliance that must be met for this call for tenders.
The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, in particular when she deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
