The subject of the order is the Contractor's provision of successive supply of foodstuffs to the 105th Borderland Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic SP ZOZ in Żary, divided into 3 unsolved parts - tasks.
The subject of the order in part no. 1 is the Contractor's provision of successive delivery of frozen fruits and vegetables to the 105th Borderland Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic SPOZ in Żary in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex no. 9 to the SWZ, in the quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-price form, constituting Annex no. 12 to the SWZ. The subject of the order in part no. 2 is the Contractor's provision of consecutive supply of meat and meat products to the 105th Border Hospital in Żary, complying with the description of the subject of the order constituting annex no. 10 to the SWZ, in the quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-price form, constituting annex no. 13 to the SWZ. The subject of the order in part no. 3 is the Contractor's provision of consecutive supply of fish to the 105th Border Hospital in Żary, complying with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex no. 11 to the SWZ, in the quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-price form, constituting Annex no. 14 to the SWZ.
