Description

The present procedure is the establishment / operation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DBS).The subject of the DBS is the supply of high quality food products, mainly from the fresh produce sector and supplemented with convenience, consisting of food for cold catering, beverages, unprocessed food for fresh kitchens, food for station needs, food and items for cafeterias and kiosks.The applicants admitted to the DBS will be invited to submit their bids separately for each individual contract award taking place in the framework of a mini-competition. Details on the conduct of mini-competitions are defined in the document "Annex A7_DBS_Information_Conduct_of_Mini-Competitions".The DBS and the mini-competitions are set up and operated exclusively with the aid of electronic means. Sections 11 and 12 VgV apply.The DBS is available to all interested parties for participation free of charge at https://vergabeplattform.ai-ilv.de during the period of validity of its establishment.The contracting authority has subdivided the subject of performance into categories in order to comply with the requirement to draw lots in accordance with Section 97 (4) GWB.The following subdivision has been made:Category 1 / Lot 1: Fresh meat and sausagesCategory 2 / Lot 2: Fruit and vegetablesCategory 3 / Lot 3: Dairy products, delicatessen, fats, eggsCategory 4 / Lot 4: Frozen goodsCategory 5 / Lot 5: Dry goodsCategory 6 / Lot 6: Fresh bakery productsCategory 7 / Lot 7: BeveragesDetails of the subject matter of performance per category are defined in the specifications and in the respective product list.
Supply of fresh meat and fresh sausage divided into the following product groups.51 Key articles according to "Annex A3_DBS_Product list_Lot 1" for category/Lot 1 must be in stock or be available for delivery on the next day at the latest:- Product group sausages:of 10 key articles, at least 24 articles must be available- Product group meat - pork:of 7 key articles, at least 4 articles must be available- Product group meat - beef/calf:of 12 key articles, at least. The remaining articles offered must be available for delivery within two days at the latest, or goods that are no longer available during the term of the dynamic procurement system must be replaced by goods of equivalent quality and delivered within two days at the latest. Delivery of fruit and vegetables divided into the following commodity groups.18 Key articles according to "Annex A3_DBS_Product list_Lot 2" for category/Lot 2 must be in stock or must be available for delivery on the next day at the latest:- Product group vegetables:of 18 key articles at least 8 articles must be available- Product group fruit:of 13 key articles at least 5 articles must be available- Product group salad and herbs:of 9 key articles at least 5 articles must be available.
