The contract consists of the following product groups:1) Groceries (the estimated annual value is 4 500 000 NOK excluding VAT);2) Fish and fish products, fresh and frozen (the estimated annual value is 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT);3) Meat and meat products, fresh and frozen (the estimated annual value is 1 400 000 NOK excluding VAT);4) Fowl, poultry, eggs and products thereof (estimated annual volume 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT);5) Fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes (the estimated annual volume is 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT);6) Milk and dairy products — milk on tank is not included (the estimated annual volume is 3 800 000 NOK, excluding VAT);7) Bread, fresh (the estimated annual volume is 250 000 NOK excluding VAT);8) Packaging and labels (the estimated annual volume is 100 000 NOK excluding VAT).The volume is estimated based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products in previous years. The volume can also increase due to increased participation of separate units. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. Changes to the contracting authorities' procurement patterns, due to reforms, etc. within the health sector, shall be included the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract.See the procurement documents for further information.Lots/groups:The contracting authority would like local tenderers to submit tenders. Tenders can therefore be submitted for 1 or more groups. Sub-tenders can be submitted within each group, but not alternative tenders. The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.A contract will be signed with one or several suppliers in each group.Framework agreement:The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard contract terms.The framework agreement will be valid from and including 11.10.2019 until and including 10.10.2021, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 or several tenderers in each group. The contracting authority expects that tenderers study the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
