Description

The purpose of this contract is to:- supply foodstuffs for the preparation of meals in restaurants and cafeterias,- supply foodstuffs for cafeterias, restaurants, distributors, coffee breaks, snacks and cocktails for events organised by the contracting authority as part of its teaching mission,- ensure the management of the entire holding (i. e. keeping accounts, staff management, management of all resources allocated to restaurants, cafeterias and distributors, contacts with control bodies, participation in decisions on investment projects, participation in the various commissions relating to the management of restaurants and cafeterias, etc.),- improvement of the current catering system,- promotion of the health education and ecological balance aspect by giving priority to the sustainable aspect of food that the non-profit organisation offers.
