All goods will be delivered fresh; they may under no circumstances have been frozen before delivery. invoicing: 1 invoice per order or 1 monthly invoice - to be agreed between the company and the CPAS. delivery frequency: once a day between 6.30 am and 7 am (7 days a week). in case of breakdown, delivery within the hour.Any goods that are rejected must be replaced on the same day. specific legislation for this batch: legal requirements to be respected with regard to the products supplied1. the successful tenderer undertakes to respect the regulations in force and any new regulations that may come into force and govern the manufacture and marketing of the products or articles supplied. The laws and decrees listed below, as well as the information extracted from these texts, are given for information purposes only and are not exhaustive.2 The bidder undertakes to comply with all the conditions set out in the regulations. The successful tenderer must have requested and obtained the authorisation (Royal Decree of 16 January 2006); the tenderer must be able to specify, on request, the date of the last visit by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain of the Ministry of Public Health; the tenderer must comply with all the general and specific hygiene conditions relating to his establishment and the conditions of transport described in European Regulation No 852/2004.LabellingPre-packaged products must be labelled in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Decree of 13 September 1999 on the labelling of pre-packaged foodstuffs.Supplier's liability The successful tenderer is liable for his supplies - Law of 25 February 1991 on liability for defective products - until the time when the inspection operations on receipt are carried out, except in the case where the causes or losses or damage occurring in the recipient's depots are due to force majeure, a fortuitous event or a fault attributable to the administration.Note: The extracts included under the titles of the regulations are given for information purposes only.
