Procurement of a HLF 20 according to DIN 14530-27. The award is made as a total order for chassis, body, loading and construction meeting.The following documents are to be enclosed with the bid:- Technical documents and brochures on the vehicle offered and on the bodywork- Data sheet on the engine- Information on the exhaust gas behavior- Description of the transmission- Customer-specific loading plan (drawing)- Drawings/pictures of the step of the crew cabin- Weight balances (chassis and chassis with bodywork and loading)- Energy balance- Self-declaration form 124_LD- References for the delivery of HLF 20Delivery time: Week 1/2026 at the earliest, 32 months after award of contract at the latest.
The fire department of the city of Viersen intends to purchase a HLF 20 according to DIN 14530-27. The contract will be awarded as a total order for chassis, superstructure, loading and construction meeting. Fire pump and superstructure must be from the same manufacturer. Front-wheel drive road chassis (left-hand drive) in accordance with the latest technical standards, with a permissible total mass (StVZO) of up to 16,000 kg. 6 cylinder in-line diesel engine, min. Euro 6 and an engine power of min. approx. 260 KW as well as a fully automatic converter gearbox. Body with the largest possible crew compartment volume made of bolted aluminum profiles or equivalent material construction. A variable design must be possible. Crew compartment with 6 seats, 2 compressed air breathing apparatus against the direction of travel,2 compressed air breathing apparatus in the direction of travel. The design is based on the safety standards according to ECE R29 and ECE R14.
