Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration of equipment to modernise and integrate fire monitoring system for forest areas for the Lidzbark Forest Inspectorate through:- supply and installation of long-range cameras for observation of forest areas, enabling observation within a radius of 20 km, at the fire spot in the Kiełpiny Forest District, Turza Wielka and Bryńsk, - supply of antennas and the necessary equipment to enable wireless transmission of video and control in the technology 11.7-22,0 GHz (licensed band) from cameras for observation of forest areas installed at the fire extinguishers in the Kiełpiny, Turza Wielka and Bryńsk Forestry Districts to the newly designed tower located at the forest inspectorate headquarters, - delivery and implementation of fiber optic infrastructure for further transmission of video and control from the newly designed tower to the Alarm and Dispatch Point (PAD) located in the building next to the forest inspectorate,- delivery of equipment for the Alarm and Dispatch Centre (PAD) located in the building at the forest inspector's office in order to receive images and control cameras, - delivery, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning and integration of the delivered equipment in accordance with the requirements presented by the ordering party, - development and delivery of as-built documentation together with a list of constructed infrastructure and delivered equipment to the ordering party, - training of employees and maintenance staff operating the fire monitoring system, - provision of warranty service.The Ordering Party recommends a site visit by the Contractor, in order to get acquainted with the conditions for installing the devices and running the signal cabling.
