Description

DB Station&Service AG (DB S&S AG), as the building owner, operates the fire protection upgrading of underground passenger transport systems (uPva) of the S-Bahn traffic nationwide. Within the scope of this fire protection upgrade of the underground S-Bahn stations Isartor and Rosenheimer Platz in Munich, the following structural measures are necessary for the installation of mechanical smoke extraction systems and of an emergency power supply system as well as for the installation of an elevator system.UPva München Isartor (MIT):- installation of smoke extraction ducts on ceiling platform level along the platform edges, with pauses between stops, incl. supply from the smoke extraction ducts of the platform level to the smoke extraction fans, incl. further measures in the rising components, e.g. air baffles, etc.- insertion and installation of smoke extraction fans, incl. upstream and downstream silencer,- delivery and installation of replacement engine,- delivery and dowel installation of crane runway girders (HEB) on ceilings,- ready-to-operate installation of manual hoists.UPva München Rosenheimer Platz (MRP):- Conversion/retrofitting of ventilation grilles in the existing smoke extraction duct at platform level and installation of smoke extraction ducts on the ceiling of the platform level in the platform area while observing pauses for the supply of smoke extraction ducts from the platform level to the smoke extraction fans, incl. further measures in the rising components, e.g. air baffle plates, etc.- insertion and installation of flue gas fans, incl. upstream and downstream silencer,- delivery and insertion of replacement motor,- delivery and dowel installation of crane runway girders (HEB) on ceilings,- installation of manual hoists ready for operation.
