Description

The subject matter of the contract is supplying the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa with 1 unit of a company command and communications vehicle.2 Detailed scope of the contract determining the minimum requirements has been specified in attachment No. 1 to SWZ (Terms of Reference). Other conditions concerning the realization of the order have been specified in SWZ, in particular in the draft agreement.
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery to the National Fire Service Headquarters in Częstochowa of 1 unit of a company command and communications vehicle.2) The name and codes concerning the subject of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) 34144210-3 fire engines3. The detailed scope of the contract determining the minimum requirements has been specified in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The required warranty period, counting from the date of the acceptance of the subject matter of the contract, which period shall be equal to the period of the guarantee granted by the Vendor for the supplied vehicle and its equipment - minimum 36 months.5. The required period of the uniform warranty for the supplied vehicle and its equipment: minimum 36 months (evaluated criterion). 6. Place of contract execution - delivery of the vehicle to the Ordering Party's registered office i.e. the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa, 62/64 Sabinowska Street.7. Required payment term - 30 days from the date of receiving the subject of the contract confirmed by the protocol of factual reception and delivering the invoice. Invoice will be issued after signing the protocol of acceptance of the subject of the contract.8. The subject of the contract includes training for max. 4 employees of the Buyer in the use of the vehicle together with the operation and configuration of the devices constituting its equipment, which will be confirmed by issuing appropriate certificate. The scope of training has been specified in item. 13.1 attachment no 1 to SWZ. During the warranty period the Seller shall be obliged to conduct annual trainings on operating devices installed in the vehicle. The date of training will be indicated by the Buyer. The training will be confirmed by issuing an appropriate certificate. The costs of training, including accommodation and meals shall be borne by the Vendor.9. Transport - delivery to the Purchaser's registered office of the subject matter of the contract shall be provided by the Contractor free of charge.10.
