Description

Scope of the subject matter of the contractThe Contractor shall deliver, install, train the Employer's employees, commission and implement a system for early detection of forest fires using rotating video devices with signal/image transmission between the observatories (existing towers) and the Observation Post (OP), together with an automatic smoke detection system supporting the work of the observer.
The subject matter of the contract is a forest fire monitoring video system for the Dobieszyn Forest District, consisting of delivery, installation, commissioning, training of operators, warranty service of the following system components:- three PTZ cameras, installed and started on spotting beacons- delivery and installation, start-up of radio communication system,- delivery, installation, start-up of power supply system for each point of installation of system components,- delivery, installation, start-up of power supply system and PAD equipment- delivery, start-up, training of operation of smoke detection software,- execution of electrical ventilation on towers,- execution of documentation to UKE(complete for issuing frequency use permit),
