Description
This consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public order code.The contract is for a global and fixed price.As part of its debt and cash management missions, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regional Council wishes to continue its financing through bond issues within the framework of the Emtn programme, which requires the assistance of an arranging bank for the said programme.To do so, the holder will have to respond to the following points:1) Updating of the documentation making up the Emtn programme (within a period of three months preceding the anniversary date of the N-1 programme update)2) Operation of the Emtn programme between two annual updates
