The purpose of this RFQ process is for the solicitation of quotations for the sale of surplus compost processed at the City of Barrie’s Landfill Site. Respondents are to complete the Schedule of Prices in order to submit their bid for the surplus material as described in the RFQ document and its attachment.** Electronic Submissions Only.
