The contract was divided into two phases: Phase I includes:- marking of the work site in accordance with the approved traffic organisation project submitted by the Contracting Authority, - felling of trees at a depth of 20 cm below shoulder level, - milling of trunks, - securing and marking of felled trees and branches until logs and branches are removed and the road lane cleared.Stage II includes: - removal of logs, branches and carp outside the roadway, - clearing the roadway after cutting down trees, - purchase of wood from the Customer in accordance with the appraiser's valuation, the Contractor is obliged to carry out Stage I first, and after completion of Stage II. In order to inspect the stand to be felled and the logs to be milled, the Purchaser shall enclose with the ToR a measure containing the location of the trees.5. The Contractor shall be obliged to purchase from the Purchaser the wood harvested from the felling. Approximate - estimated quantity of wood harvested: - wood - 234.10 m3 - branches - 240.39 mp6. The valuation of the actual volume and value of the wood harvested shall be carried out by an expert at the request and expense of the Contracting Authority during the performance of the service.7 Pursuant to Art. 29 par. 3a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of a contract of employment, persons performing the activities referred to in item II.4. XXVII ToR within the scope of the order execution -a) 3 files, b) 2 employees to control traffic during the order execution, c) 1 driver - a person authorized to drive a truck over 3.5 T or a tractor with a set of trailers, d) 1 person authorized to work at heights.
