Description

The subject of the order is the felling of trees and bushes on the premises of the Management Board of the Zywiec Casting Plant. The Orderer divided the order into 4 parts. Within the framework of each part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to obtain, on its own and at its own expense, a relevant permit for transport on the adjacent roads for the duration of the order completion if it is required by law. The Contractor shall be obliged to cover the costs of any compensation for damage caused during the works, including damage caused to third parties. The Contractor has an absolute prohibition to burn branches, chips, waste or other residues generated during the execution of the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide technical means for the implementation of the agreement, including in particular means of transport, cutting tools, chippers, jacks and materials for marking and securing the place of work. All persons directed by the Contractor to carry out the contract must have appropriate training
The scope of works includes the following: 1. manual felling and grubbing up, dense coppice;2. manual grubbing up of Fi 10-15 cm trees - a total of 300 pcs;3. tree care in difficult conditions using an assembly lift or alpine method, Fi 76-100 trees - a total of 5 pcs.5. mechanical shredding of branches and shrubs to a diameter of 15 cm;6. removal of chips and their management by the Contractor of the works - self-discharging vehicles up to 5 t, 7. levelling the ground in the canopy of the tank after grubbing up, the ground cat. III. The scope of works includes the following: 1. manual felling and clearing, dense coppice;2. manual clearing of Fi 10-15 cm trees - 650 in total;3. maintenance of trees in difficult conditions with the use of an assembly lift or alpine method, Fi 76-100 trees - 3 in total;4. mechanical felling of trees in difficult conditions with the use of an assembly lift or alpine method, Fi 66-75 cm trees - 5 in total.5. removal of logs, carp and branches to the warehouse in Czernichów up to 10 km;6. clearing the area after felling;7. mechanical shredding of branches, shrubs and shoots up to 15 cm in diameter;8. transporting the chips and their management by the Contractor of the work with self-discharge vehicles up to 5 t.;9. levelling the area in the canopy of the tank after grubbing up, the ground cat. III. The scope of works includes the following: 1. manual felling and grubbing, bushes and undergrowth of medium density;2. clearing the area after felling, removing small branches, roots, bark without heather of forest bedding with transport;3. mechanical shredding of branches, shrubs and shoots up to 7.5 cm in diameter;4. transporting and managing the chips on the side of the Contractor, with self-discharging vehicles up to 5 t, loaded manually. The scope of works includes the following: 1. mechanical felling of trees of different diameters in difficult conditions - a total of 121 pieces;2. tree care in difficult conditions - 3 pieces;3. mechanical shredding of branches with transport - 115.25 mp.;4. transport of chips - 38.03 mp.;5. removal of logs (the area of the warehouse in Czernichów) - 51.11 mp.;6. clearing the area from the remains after felling - 1 240 m2.
