Recently, several municipal parks have been taken over by BE. The recreational and sports areas of these new parks, which are often in need of redevelopment, offer an opportunity to address the shortcomings observed in certain neighbourhoods.In this context and given the increase in workload linked to the new development projects, it is necessary to temporarily reinforce the team of the games and sports network unit in order to allow the realisation of the large-scale projects desired by the Minister during this legislature, notably- regional playground at Neerpede Park;- monitoring of the work on the regional playground at the Boitsfort hyppodrome;- monitoring of the project for the development of a playground on the Marais/Wiels site;- monitoring of the project for the restoration of various existing playgrounds (Porte de Hal, Elisabeth Park, forest parks, etc.)From the date of notification of the contract, the successful tenderer will have a maximum of three months to organise the approval by Brussels Environment and the start of work by the service provider. The contractor must meet the minimum requirements in terms of experience and training (see below - conditions of execution).
