Description

The subject of the order is to organize a temporary exhibition under the name: "Treasures of the Cracow Chapter" (hereinafter referred to as the exhibition) in part of the space of the UPJPII Library, 10 Michała Bobrzyńskiego Street, 30-348 Kraków, and in Dom Długosza, 25 Kanonicza Street, 33-332 Kraków, which aims to present materials related to the conservation project of wall textiles in the Chapter House and selected monuments from the Wawel Cathedral Treasury in a digitised and replicated form.
The subject of the contract includes in particular:1) the separation of two zones in the Library building, i.e. 1) separating two zones in the Library building, i.e. the cloakroom (exhibition hall) and part of the corridor along the cloakroom wall by the staircase line through the use of gypsum cardboard panels, developing an executive design of the exhibition and performing on its basis construction works within the scope of the exhibition - the necessary data in this respect are included in the appendices indicated in point 3;2) performing all works necessary to launch the exhibition together with the execution of building elements, equipment and multimedia devices delivery;3) developing a lighting system together with connection to the existing electrical and CCTV installations and connecting power supply from available connection points (sockets, outlets, switchboards);4) delivery and implementation of dedicated software enabling the introduction, management and control of multimedia content;5) providing the Contracting Authority with technical procedures allowing to ensure that the exhibition is maintained in full technical efficiency, to the extent necessary to make it available to the public;6) training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority (up to 5 persons) to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the exhibition at the venue;7) providing the Contracting Authority with the exhibition in a state ready to make it available to the public.3A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is the documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation") made available by the Contracting Authority, i.e.a) the arrangement design of the exhibition "Treasures of the Krakow Chapter" of the John Paul II Pontifical University in Krakow with drawings (AW-01 to AW-14), constituting Attachment No. 1 to this Specification; b) the surcharge to the interior arrangement design, constituting Attachment No. 2 to this Specification; c) the scenario of the exhibition "Treasures of the Krakow Chapter" and the multimedia materials outline, UPJPII, constituting Attachment No. 3 to this Specification;d) detailed design of the audio/video installation industry for the space of the temporary exhibition UPJPII Library and Long House with drawings (AV projection; AV scheme; standard for touch screen 22; children's game table; multimedia table; AV cabinet) constituting Attachment No. 4 to these Specifications;e) detailed design of the electrical branch of multimedia and lighting for the temporary exhibition space of the UPJPII Library together with drawings (EL projection; TAB EL-RM; TAB EL-RM_m) and a photo of the electrical switchgear, constituting Appendix No 5 to the present Specification; f) load and heat combination (maximum) - "Multimedia system for the purposes of equipping the temporary exhibition in the UPJPII Library facility", constituting Appendix No 6 to the present Specification;g) equipment list and parameters of multimedia equipment - Annex No. 7 to the ToR; h) equipment price table, including individual items of net unit prices, VAT amount, gross value and total net and gross value of multimedia equipment - Annex No. 7a; i) multimedia content design of the exhibition "Treasures of the Krakow Chapter", UPJPII with Annex - Annex No. 8 to the ToR.
