NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH is the executing agency for the conversion of the York and Oxford barracks as trustee for the City of Münster. The contract is awarded in the name of NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH and for the account of the City of Münster.The client NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH intends - on a fiduciary basis for the City of Münster - to build a new 3-group day-care center on the York Barracks in Münster. The new building of the object comprises a usable area of approx. 900m2.The city of Münster is a young, growing city, so that for years there has also been a growing demand for childcare facilities. On the Oxford conversion site alone, the future Oxford Quarter, a total of 1,200 apartments are to be built over the next eight years. The resulting demand for childcare places will increase continuously as housing completions continue and is to be met close to the site.
