Partial restoration of Bertoldsheim Palace, here: Repair of the facades of the west wing: plastering, painting, church painting work, restoration
Repair of the facades of the west wing, approx. 1 350 sqm, with:- Protective measures on natural stone parts, windows and exterior doors;- Protective measures due to weather conditions;- Cleaning;- Substrate inspection;- Plaster acceptance (cementitious additions, crumbly and damaged areas);- Removal of frame residues (small and partial areas) on plaster and natural stone;- Closure/reworking of defective areas, securing of plaster flanks;- Securing of plaster (mechanical, backfilling, back injection);- processing of cracks;- plaster additions;- new plaster build-up in partial areas;- addition of cornice profiles;- processing on natural stone parts of the facade structure;- consolidation of plaster bases, plasters and old coatings;- conservation measures on plasters;- new coating as lime coating after findings;- surface processing of metal components;- mapping;- documentation.
