This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2267-19 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210 broad woven fabric mills, the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees.

This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year with two (2) options, firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with an EPA clause for the following commercial item: Fabric, woven 100% polyester, Olive Drab color, micro denier filament with inherent fiber moisture management properties. The fabric shall conform to the requirements in Table I of CR/PD 05-05 dated 7/26/2005. The fabric is for use in manufacturing Marine GP trunks for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
