REQUIREMENT: RADOME ROBOTIC REPAIR SYSTEMS  
 
THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) PURCHASE ORDER WITH ONE (1) OPTION
 
This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) competitive requirement to purchase and install one (1) each F-15 Radome Robotic Repair Systems IAW Purchase Description dated 23 Apr 2019 with an option to purchase two (2) each additional Systems.  The systems shall be designed to completely optically scan, microwave scan, create 3D models, calculate the electrical and physical thicknesses, project the electrical and physical data three dimensionally onto the radomes, sand, and machine the current F-15 radome, F-15 Radar Modernization Program (RMP), C-17, C-5, and C-130 radomes. The systems shall be installed in the existing repair booths in building 670.  The booths are approximately 144" wide X 160" deep X 93" tall.  After contract award, the first system shall be installed no later than 21 months with training and production support not to exceed 3 months following installation. The contractor shall have the first system completed within 24 months.  If an option is exercised, systems 2 and/or 3 shall be installed no later than 15 months with training and production support not to exceed 3 months following installation for a total of 18 months.  Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098).  In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your CAGE code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.  A Justification for Brand Name will be utilized to obtain the procurement of certain requirements.  The Brand Name Justification will be posted with the RFQ.
