France - External project management - Development of a greenway parallel to the Rd47

Description

The present consultation is for an infrastructure / civil engineering project management mission concerning the realization of a green bicycle lane parallel to the Rd47.The mission entrusted to the project manager will include the elements of the basic mission (Ep, Avp, Pro, Amt, Visa, Det and Aor), as well as the following additional missions:- Amo on the environmental regulatory aspect,- Assistance to the punctual consultation with the farmers and other users impacted by the realization of the infrastructure,- Realization of the case by case application file,- Declaration file on the Water Law,- Prior authorization request art. L350-3 code of the environment,- File of request for derogation habitats protected species,- File of declaration of existence green ways of the Za of Brais (Law on the water).Start of the preliminary studies foreseen in September 2023 and delivery of the works foreseen in the summer 2026
