France - External management channels for dredged sediments from the Seine Basin and Downstream Loire Territorial Division (DTBS)

This consultation concerns :
External management channels for dredging sediments from the Seine Basin and Loire Downstream Territorial Division, corresponding to the management of dredging or cleaning materials in channels external to VNF.
This includes the processing, management and recovery of extracted materials.
Dredging operations are carried out on all the branches and diversions making up the waterways of the Seine and Loire Downstream Basin Territorial Directorate (DTBS), whether navigable or not, with a view to maintaining or re-establishing the wetting required for navigation or for the proper hydraulic balance of the rivers, including all the ancillary structures making up the food system of the navigation channels.
Place(s) of performance :
DTBS perimeter (excluding the Loire), with the possibility of proposing a management site on the edge of this perimeter. Appendix 1 shows the breakdown of the territory.
Candidates should note that a company may propose services for a single lot and/or a single physical site. Candidates are not required to have a geographical footprint covering the whole of the DTBS. An activity that is highly localized, either geographically or technically, can be an attractive proposition, provided that the rate of take-up defined in the contract is met, that the human and material resources are consistent with the MOA's requirements, and that the facility has the necessary authorizations relating to the management of dredged sediments.
On the other hand, it is permissible to propose a management site whose acceptance criteria are more restrictive than the simple batch definition criteria.
