Germany - Extension and replacement of Lemsahl-Mellingstedt elementary school and demolition of 11 buildings at the Redderbarg 46-48 site in Hamburg - Project planning according to §§ 33 HOAI

Description

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg founded the Landesbetrieb SBH | Schulbau Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH) on January 1, 2013 in accordance with Section 26(1) of the State Budget Code. This state-owned company is responsible for planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the needs of schools, and for leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). School real estate includes all land and buildings used for school purposes by state and vocational schools. The land area of all general and vocational state schools is around 9.1 million square meters and the main usable area is around 3.1 million square meters.

In this activity, SBH was commissioned with additional and replacement construction at the Lemsahl-Mellingstedt elementary school, Redderbarg 46-48 in 22397 Hamburg. See also section 5.1.6 "General information - Additional information".
