Implementation of an Expression of Interest Procedure (IBV) THW OV Siegen
The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (Federal Agency for Real Estate) is conducting an IBV for the accommodation of the Siegen branch of the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). A property with at least 11,300 m² within the city of Siegen is being sought for long-term lease.
In the case of a lease, a building stock with technical rooms and offices of at least 1,100 m² usable floor space (plus traffic areas) is sought. Functional rooms are also required for the THW local association, which are located on the first floor and can be easily accessed from the outside. Shower and changing rooms are also required. Furthermore, a motor vehicle hall of approx. 1,900 m² is required with a hall apron of 25 m depth and additionally approx. 24 car parking spaces.
A suitable property must have barrier-free access overall. The THW areas must be clearly demarcated from other uses. An Internet connection via fiber optics, V-DSL or copper must be guaranteed in the Deutsche Telekom network.
This is not a public contract award and interested parties are not bound by their expressions of interest.
