Expression of interest procedure/ market survey (§ 20 UVgO)The submission of the expression of interest via the bidder tool does not constitute a legal claim to actual participation in the subsequent tender procedure.Böckmannplatz is being built in the center of Münster Sprakel. As a central district square with a high quality of stay, a water feature is also to be created on the area. According to the design concept, a fountain field in the form of a trapezoidal natural stone slab surface sloping down to Sprakeler Straße is to be inserted in the center of the square. Natural stone blocks are to delimit the fountain field from Sprakeler Straße and serve as seating.The planning contract (Lph 3-9) includes the further design development of the concept and the subsequent detailing of the structural framework, the water and electrical engineering (including all supply and disposal lines). Since this is an interdisciplinary planning project, a suitability loan is possible. For the technical equipment of the fountain field, an above-ground low voltage maintenance system (ONS) is to be used. The mode of operation of the above-ground maintenance-friendly low-voltage system (ONS) differs in contrast to a water-technical system with reservoir or technical shaft or technical shaft & reservoir with 230/400 V circulating pumps mainly in the amount of the investment costs, the ease of operation and the maintenance and servicing costs as well as the water consumption.With the ONS, all water-technical and electrotechnical parts and components are installed accessible above ground. There is no need for underfloor structures, which completely eliminates the need to descend into such shafts.Further, the ONS operates with little water. The limit for ONS is about 1.5 m3 of water in the reservoir. However, this also means that an ONS is only used in water engineering systems where there is little water in circulation and little water in the reservoir. Because of the small volume of water in water engineering systems with ONS, the required water quality can be achieved by adequate water changes. This means that the relatively small reservoir is periodically drained and refilled with fresh water. As a result, no chemicals such as chlorine or sulfuric acid need to be used.
