Expression of interest procedure/ market exploration (§ 20 UVgO): The submission of an expression of interest via the bidding tool does not constitute a legal entitlement to actual participation in the subsequent tendering process. The City of Münster's Climate Office informs and raises awareness in the city's society through various campaigns, activities, advisory services and events on climate protection and adaptation. Creative services are constantly needed for this. A framework agreement is to be concluded with an agency to call on these creative services. The estimated value of the annual scope of services is up to EUR 50,000, net, and a framework agreement for an initial period of two years with an optional extension of a further two years will be put out to tender as part of the negotiated award procedure (UVgO) to be carried out at a later date.your expression of interest will enable us to get to know you and check your suitability so that we can decide whether we can include you in the group of bidders for the negotiated award.
