Description

Queensland Health (the customer) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the design, supply, installation and ongoing support, maintenance and upgrades of an Integrated Warehouse Automation Solution at the Queensland Health Central Pharmacy. The Central Pharmacy distribution centre will be situated in a new location within the greater Brisbane area with an approximate size of 8,000 SQM.
The customer has issued this EOI with the objectives of establishing a shortlist of respondents with solutions that can achieve the following requirements:

automated put away, storage, goods to person picking, and, order sortation functionality.
go-live order activity for delivery to the customer’s customers by July 2026 which includes stock build.
secure and near real time data exchange with SAP S/4HANA EWM version 2021 SP02 or higher.
adherence to the functional requirements outlined at Schedule B of this EOI; and
provision of support, maintenance, and upgrades over a 5 year period, post commissioning term.
