Description: The Crabtree Municipal Housing Office is soliciting bids for Expertise foundation and structure located at 90, 7 th Avenue, Crabtree.
Conditions: Only bids from contractors whose principal place of business is in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by the agreement and who hold the required licence under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1) are considered for contract award purposes.
Bids must be prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents.
The bidder must not, during the last three (3) years preceding the bid opening date, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report from the "Owner" or the Service Centre representing it in respect of previous contracts.
Tendering contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid.
Submission of bids:
Submissions will be received at the Lanaudière Housing Offices Service Centre located at 404 Terrebonne Boulevard, suite 1 in Terrebonne (Québec) J6W 2G8, until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28, 2019. The public bid opening meeting will be held at the same location at the time and date specified above.
Bid documents: Submission documents are available on the SEAO website at www.seao.ca. Bidders will obtain all technical information from the professionals concerned and all administrative information from François Poulin, Technical Advisor, at the following telephone number: (514) 592-9155.
Site visit: There is no mandatory site visit organized by the client. The bidder must carry out this visit himself in order to be personally aware of the scope of the work. If access to indoor facilities is required, a written request must be made to the Owner at least 48 hours in advance.
The "Owner" does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received without incurring any obligation and no costs of any kind towards the bidder(s).
